The colour code is a combination of colour rendering (CRI) and light colour (Kelvin). The first number indicates the colour rendering (1 = very poor colour rendering, 9 = maximum colour fastness). The Osram Lumilux T8 are fluorescent lamps that provide more lumens per watt and a better colour rendering than the standard colours TL-D. Plus, their mercury level is low. The lamp can function in existing lighting fixture TL-D. Neons measure 98 cm and have a G13 holder.
