The Philips HF-PERFORMER PL-T/C/R/L/TL5C is a high frequency electronic ballast compatible with PL-T , C-PL , PL-Q , R-PL and PL-L light sources. They are very robust and comply with all safety standards (IEE CELMA A2). They provide lighting without using flash-start by preheating and automatically restarting after a voltage dip. Their lifespan is 50,000 hours on average and the allow 60,000 switching (on/off) cylces.
