Complete your order and payment before 18:00 GMT and be assured your package will be sent the same day, provided we have all the products in stock and the payment is made in advance by either Paypal or card payment.

From Monday to Friday we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

If any of the products ordered are out of stock we will dispatch your package when all products are available. Every product in our assortment has an estimated dispatch date, which can be found on our website. Our aim is to deliver the items in one complete order. You can therefore calculate your dispatch date based on the product with the longest "dispatch time".

Please note that the dispatch takes place from the Netherlands in partnership with courier services DPD.

International delivery

Our courier partners are in control of their own schedule, which means we have no influence on the exact delivery date and time of your package.

For orders to be shipped to a country which is not listed in the above chart, the minumum order value is €250.00 excl vat.

Please note we do not deliver outside of the European Union, though you can choose our Exworks option (see below).

Note: Since our aim is to dispatch you order the fastest we can, once your order has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, some changes cannot be made.

We therefore encourage you to thoroughly check your shipping address before confirming your order. If the shipping address provided is incorrect/incomplete we have to request the address change with our courier partner, which will delay the order at least 24 business hours.

Track your order

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number you can follow the status of your order.

Alternatively, once the package has been dispatched you can check the status of your order on our website by logging into "My Account". If the status is "Completed", it means our team has prepared and handed over your package to one of our couriers.

Express delivery

Express delivery is available only on request. This request can be made by calling or emailing our customer service team to place the order for you. The express delivery charges are calculated based on the courier partner’s given prices. Please keep in mind that express delivery is only available in case of all desired products are in stock and the payment is completed in advance (PayPal or card payment). To qualify for next day delivery your request has to be made by 3pm at the latest.


If you wish your order to be shipped to any countries other than those stated in the above list, you can use a freight forwarder such as UPS / DHL or FedEx to collect the parcel from our warehouse.

A service cost of €50,00 - which includes the administration and preparation cost - will be added to the total amount of your order at

  • Send an email to our customer service team to [email protected]
  • Our customer service team will place the order for you in our system.
  • You will receive a payment link or the necessary bank information via e-mail in order to complete your payment to validate the order.
  • Once your order is ready for collection, a customer service representative will inform you about the weight, dimensions and collection address required by the transporter.
  • At this point, you can contact your freight forwarder such as UPS / DHL / FedEx to organise and collect the shipment from our warehouse and deliver it to your destination.

  • Your freight forwarder may provide you with a shipping label. Please send this to our email address [email protected] along with your order number for our reference. This will be attached to the parcel which includes a packing list of the products and the invoice to assist with customs clearance across the borders.
  • As soon as the order is ready, your freight forwarder will have 5 business days to complete the pick up; after that the item(s) will be returned to stock.
  • In case the pick up is not completed in the time frame stated above we will retain the handling fee and refund the remaining amount onto your account.
