Our aim is to dispatch your order as fast as we can. After placing your order, changes within the order are not possible. Please check your order before placement. Please also remember that once shipped, the package is out of our hands, which means we have no influence on the exact delivery date and time of your package.

Do you want a delivery outside The European Union?

To get your order delivered outside of the EU, you can make use of Exworks. The minimum order value is €250,-.

Follow these steps >

  1. Email your order to our customer service. They will place your order and sent you an email about the payment of your order. A service cost of €50,00 - which includes the administration and preparation cost - will be added to the total amount.
  2. Once your order is ready for collection, a customer service representative will inform you about the weight, dimensions and collection address required by the transporter. As soon as the order is ready, your freight forwarder will have 5 business days to complete the pick-up.*
  3. At this point, you can contact your freight forwarder such as UPS / DHL / FedEx to organize and collect the shipment from our warehouse and deliver it to your destination.
  4. Your freight forwarder may provide you with a shipping label. Please send this to us by email along with your order number for our reference. This will be attached to the parcel which includes a packing list of the products and the invoice to assist with customs clearance across the borders.

*In case the pick up is not completed after 5 business days, the item(s) will be returned to stock. We will retain the handling fee and refund the remaining amount onto your account.
