How do I view my order status?

A check up on your order status can be done very easily using the form below. All you have to do is insert your e-mail address and password in the first column. Have you forgotten your login details? No problem! You can also view the status of your purchase by using the required information of your order confirmation in the second column.

 

Frequently asked questions about the status of an order




How long will it take to receive my order?

If you have placed an order in our shop during working days, and all products are in stock, we will do everything in our power to make sure your order is shipped the same day. Once your order has left our warehouse, the delivery time is dependent on our carrier's schedule. We do not have any influence on delays within their logistical process.


What does the status of my tracking number refer to?

Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail in which we have included the track & trace code from the carrier of your order. The status of your order delivery can be tracked by using the tracking link in the email. Please note that it might take a while for a status to be updated, since not every depot scans its parcels throughout the entire logistical process.
